    1. Purpose

    These Terms of Service (ToS) define the rules for accessing and using the Kazza service.


    These ToS govern only the use of the Service. Commercial terms (pricing, subscriptions, billing) are defined in our Terms of Sale.

    2. Definitions

    **"Service"**: refers to the Kazza platform and all features offered.


    **"User"**: refers to any natural or legal person using the Service.


    **"Kazza Assistant"**: refers to the automated voice assistant that answers traveler calls.


    **"Property"**: refers to a property configured by the User in the Service.


    **"Traveler"**: refers to any person contacting a property via the Kazza number.

    3. Acceptance of ToS

    Using the Service implies full and complete acceptance of these ToS.


    If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Service.


    Kazza reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be informed of any significant changes.

    4. Access to the Service

    Access to the Service requires:


  1. Creating a user account with a valid email address
  2. Accepting these ToS and our Privacy Policy
  3. Providing accurate and verifiable information

  4. The User is solely responsible for the security of their login credentials and must immediately inform Kazza of any unauthorized use of their account.

    5. Service Description

    Kazza is an intelligent voice assistant that:


  5. Automatically answers travelers' phone calls
  6. Provides information based on data configured by the User
  7. Transfers calls to the host when the assistant cannot respond
  8. Sends SMS notifications when calls are transferred
  9. Temporarily records conversations for review

  10. The assistant only responds based on information provided by the User. It never generates unverified information.

    6. User Obligations

    The User agrees to:


  11. Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about their properties
  12. Promptly update any information that has become outdated
  13. Not use the Service for illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities
  14. Not attempt to circumvent the Service's security measures
  15. Not resell or redistribute access to the Service
  16. Respect travelers' rights and applicable regulations

  17. The User is solely responsible for information transmitted by the assistant to their travelers.

    7. Content and Information

    The User warrants that the information provided:


  18. Is accurate and not misleading
  19. Does not violate the rights of third parties
  20. Complies with applicable laws and regulations

  21. Kazza reserves the right to remove any content that violates these rules.

    8. Intellectual Property

    Kazza remains the exclusive owner of:


  22. The technology, software, and algorithms of the Service
  23. The user interface and design
  24. The Kazza brand, logo, and visual identity
  25. All content created by Kazza

  26. The User retains full ownership of their data and information provided. They grant Kazza a limited license to use this data for the purpose of providing the Service.

    9. Call Recording

    Calls processed by the Kazza assistant are recorded and transcribed to:


  27. Allow the User to view call history
  28. Improve the quality of the Service
  29. Resolve potential disputes

  30. Recordings are kept for 3 days then automatically deleted. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    Kazza provides the Service "as is" and does not guarantee:


  31. Uninterrupted availability of the Service
  32. Complete absence of errors in assistant responses
  33. Quality of telephone communications (dependent on operators)

  34. Kazza cannot be held liable for:


  35. Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User
  36. Decisions made by travelers based on the information provided
  37. Indirect damages, loss of revenue, or opportunities
  38. Interruptions caused by third parties or force majeure
  39. 11. Suspension and Termination

    Kazza may suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of:


  40. Violation of these ToS
  41. Fraudulent or abusive use of the Service
  42. Non-payment of amounts due
  43. Request from competent authorities

  44. The User may close their account at any time from settings. Closure results in deletion of all data after a 30-day period.

    12. Personal Data

    The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy available at /privacy.


    By using the Service, the User accepts that calls are recorded and data is processed in accordance with this policy.

    13. Applicable Law

    These ToS are governed by French law.


    Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, subject to mandatory legal provisions in favor of consumers.
